Our initial aim is to try and help clients prevent problems arising by providing a range of employment and HR-related services and advising on policies and structure within a legal framework. We provide clients with a greater insight into issues which may arise and advice on how to avoid any negative repercussions.

We cover the complete range of employment and industrial relations issues. We can help prepare the ground for mutually fruitful relationships between employer and employee by formulating effective employment agreements and guidelines based on proven experience. If conflict becomes unavoidable, we can support the client through negotiation and conciliation. Where necessary we will conduct cases before Employment Tribunals and through the courts, tackling problems such as unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination and restrictive covenants.

Whilst our advice aims to protect clients from legal action, our contentious team has successfully litigated on important employment issues through to the House of Lords.

In today’s fast-moving employment law arena, we take a proactive approach to notifying our clients of forthcoming changes, court decisions and practical implications of new regulations through our regular employment law bulletins and seminars. We also ensure at the outset that our clients have the right HR standards, systems and procedures in place through our free Employer Excellence Review.
