Caroline Ko is a Solicitor in the Property team and has extensive experience in commercial property. She advises both Landlords and Tenants in the taking and granting of leases, ancillary management work and acts for investors and developers in the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties. She has experience in acting for both institutional clients and entrepreneurs. Her experience also includes acting for major banks in the financing of properties.

Caroline has a BA (hons) in History from Sheffield University and undertook her common professional law exams at the College of Law, London qualifying as a solicitor in 2003 at Mishcon de Reya where she remained until 2008. When not working Caroline enjoys family life with her two small children. Caroline has been the chair of the PTA at her children's school. She has also developed a new passion for running, and is entering a series of 10km races later this year perhaps working up to a marathon at a later date.
