EMPLOYMENT

As an employee you may need at sometime in your working career to make a claim against your employers for unfair dismissal or issues relating to sex, race, age or disability discrimination. Other disputes may concern redundancy or compensation or employment as an agency worker.

The legislation regarding employee claims is complex and ever-changing and we advise seeking guidance at an early stage. This ensures that you are clear about the options which may be open to you and their implications as well as helping you to manage the ongoing situation which you currently face.

As with any dispute, our aim is to assist you to resolve matters as quickly as possible, ideally without resort to Tribunal. However, where this necessary, we are highly experienced in representing claimants and ensuring we get the best possible outcome for all concerned.

In addition, we can also provide advice relating to immigration or relocation matters for non-UK nationals.
